I have over 10 years of experience as a user experience designer, creative facilitator, yoga teacher and embodied/relationship coach. This year, I've woven my experience from over 200 client sessions and group experiences to serve women and leaders in radical life transition.

- 🌍Session 1 | 90 Minutes - Envisioning: Holistic Life Vision Mapping. What are your needs, desires, visions, and values across 4 major domains of life and connecting to the core that is guiding you.
- 🔥Session 2 | 90 Minutes. Strategizing: Strategy & Resilience. Identity-Rooted Strategy & Resilience: Who do you want to be and what are the actions you will take action in a cyclical and seasonal way in alignment with this identity? What does resilience look like in your work?
- 🌊Session 3 | 90 Minutes. Meeting Resistance & Embodiment. What are your biggest fears in this expansion? This is a session for visiting any past traumas or pains keeping you small, and mapping your vision "on the body” so you are operating from whole-being over intellect alone.
