At the beginning of 2025 I was in a rut. My biz was still a hobby, and I wasn’t confident talking about what I do or marketing my offers. After our first session my creativity began flowing and I started showing up online daily – after 1 session!!! Libby’s support is invaluable. She helps me TRULY see my power. I highly recommend a coaching session with Libby Hoffman, especially if you find yourself feeling stuck or unable to access your full creative potential. 

I received coaching and guidance from Libby at two pivotal times in my life. She helped me make progress as a small business owner and as a landlord.

My first consultation was in February 2020. I was starting to get involved in running my husband’s relatively new business, but I felt overwhelmed by what appeared to be a chaotic order of operations. I wanted to help, but I couldn’t envision where I could fit in. Libby listened to me as I charted out my goals, my triggers, my strengths, and my stress.  Ultimately, she guided me to form an action plan for moving forward that would serve our clients needs while avoiding burnout as small business owners. This single session served our business for years to come.

The second round of coaching was much more involved, and occurred over the summer of 2024. My husband and I were thriving with our business, but struggling as landlords. Our rental unit had a basement full of our belongings from a move that happened 7 years prior, and the rental unit had significant damage from pets and lack of maintenance. We initially hired Libby to help with decluttering and renovating, but as we scrubbed floors and painted trim, it became clear that the physical mess was deeply enmeshed with the emotional baggage of years worth of neglect.

Libby worked diligently on the physical changes while simultaneously coaching me through the emotional layers, listening to my anxiety, and offering helpful feedback and fresh perspectives. 

We would list our “celebrations” at the end of a particularly taxing purge. We would stop to restate our vision when we hit a wall. We would take breaks to breathe and drink water, and we would sometimes even sing, dance, and laugh through the tedium of another coat of white paint.

Working with Libby reinforced the connection between body, mind, spirit and heart. Her gentle questions guided me to be able to unblock the parts of myself that felt stuck.
