In my signature work of reconnecting you to 'Wild Sovereignty' I reconnect you to the values you desire to live through you and your life. My work as a dream doula is not just about bringing a future dream into reality, but tapping into the one your life has already been deepening in and through you.

Through our work, we will reconnect to your root and roots - unravelling family and generational trauma, patterns and stuckness, while reclaiming your and our responsibility to care for our bodies, each other and the earth. We will work with a variety of embodiment, belief-work and mindset tools including breathwork, somatics, and qi gong.

At the core of my work is a reconnection to the erotic, sensation and pleasure as a source of connection and healing. We will work with connection to masculine and feminine, and healing sensuality to activate the visions for your life that light you up and reconnect you to pleasure, play, and aliveness into your daily life to receive with greater ease.

Through the heart, grounding and nourishment, we will reconnect to "action" from the space of intuition. From a more coherent, grounded and alive state, your intuition will guide you to the actions that feel natural and intentional for you. This style of activation will open you to devotion and surrender, responsibility and play, healing and service with greater ease.
