I am a healer, creatrix and coach supporting conscious beings to heal and expand through radical life transitions.
Artists, Intimacy Coaches, and Creative Leaders work with me to: deepen their embodied understanding of 'the world of their being,'
reconnect to inner alignment, gain clarity on long term vision and impact, and lead from creativity and courage.
My strengths are in blending a mix of subconscious healing, emotional intimacy and sexuality coaching, with creative work, embodied innovation and abundance mindset to ground you into the here and now, while supporting the 100x version of you and your vision, ready to break through your own mindbody, field, and sphere of influence.
My process as a healer, coach and creative is rooted in formal and informal study, continuous learning from my own grief process and mental health journey, contemplations on my brother Dan Hoffman's life, love and suicide, as well as blending tools in mind/body, creativity, community, shadow work and energy healing with my love of people, passion for peace-building and visions for transformative change.
The 'Creative Embodiment' method underlying Creative EASE (Emotional Alchemy/Somatic Energy Healing), Creative Elegance, Creative Abundance, and Liberatory Love is in-process through the people I guide, coach and work with. Creative Embodiment is not a replacement for therapy, yet it is rooted in a mix of psychology, consciousness, quantum physics, spirituality, the poetry of the heart, and a larger vision for healing and transformation within and together.
